Job Purpose

To lead and drive the overall marketing function by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, strengthening brand positioning, increasing market share, and supporting sales growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer insights to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Trade Marketing

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Plan and manage trade promotions (discounts, bundles, incentive programs).
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and distributors to strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing activities.

3. Brand Management & Advertising

  • Strengthen and promote company brands in the market.
  • Plan and oversee advertising, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all executions align with brand guidelines and positioning.
  • Manage product launches and brand visibility initiatives.

4. Customer Experience & Service Oversight

  • Ensure high-quality customer service across all channels.
  • Oversee complaint handling, service recovery, and customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Monitor key service metrics such as CSAT, response time, and resolution rate.
  • Implement customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.

5. Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows between marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service.
  • Ensure smooth operational support for campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Implement quality control measures for operational excellence.

6. Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships aligned with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with partners through regular engagement and performance reviews.
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements and ensure clear deliverables.
  • Execute co-branded campaigns and joint promotions.

7. Creative & Content Management

  • Oversee development of marketing content and creative assets.
  • Ensure consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Manage digital content strategy across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor content performance and optimize engagement strategies.

8. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze marketing trends, campaign performance, and market data.
  • Prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field)
