Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Leading the working team in dealing with co-investors, ESIA consultants and Construction Bureaus for organizing meetings, if necessary, site visit applications, multiple visas and stay permit applications.
  • Frequent dealing with Respective States/Divisions Government’s Officials and local national leaders for smooth implementation of project activities.
  • Reporting updated status of project activities to senior management and requesting guidelines from them for future development tasks.
  • Learning reports submitted by co-investors and supervising Manager in coordinating with concerned departments (e.g., Engineering Department, Finance Department) for thorough understanding and suggestion of those departments.
  • Monitoring the reporting process of the project activities at relevant government organizations and settling some issues with great initiation.
  • Studying the relevant government’s policies and analyzing on their effectiveness on current project development activities.
  • Studying all contracts and comparison points for initiation on further negotiation process.
  • Contacting with in-house lawyer and foreign consultants and seeking further suggestions.
  • Attending meetings and modifying the meeting minutes, presented by Manager.
  • Supervising the Manager in preparing meeting materials.
  • Supervising drafted official letters to be submitted to relevant governmental organizations on behalf of the co-investors.
  • Preparing/modifying project memos and modifying the drafted monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Learning hydropower related knowledge and sharing it to senior management and the team.
  • Learning political changes and reporting to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, preferable MBA degree holders
  • Has considerable business/ financial acumen
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in public relations and business firms
  • Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Chinese language skill is preferred)
  • Well work with foreign partners/joint ventures
  • Excellent leadership skills
