We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our multi-outlet F&B franchise. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, leading teams, maintaining product quality, and driving both operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets.

  • Manage inventory, suppliers, and product quality.

  • Lead and motivate teams; ensure staff follow SOPs.

  • Handle performance reviews, training, and manpower planning.

  • Monitor budgets, costs, and overall financial performance.

  • Improve operational processes for efficiency and service quality.

  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports.

  • Work with marketing teams on promotions and brand visibility.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Resolve operational issues, staff conflicts, and customer concerns.

  • Conduct regular store visits and uphold franchise standards.

  • Support new store openings and staff training.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or similar (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in F&B or retail management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and service standards.
