• Daily Operations & SOP Compliance
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure strict adherence to all SOPs and internal standards.

• Sales, Market Expansion & Brand Support
Support sales growth, market penetration, channel development, and brand-building initiatives.

• Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Monitor supply chain performance, optimize inventory flow, and ensure operational continuity.

• Leadership Development & Culture Building
Coach and develop managers, strengthen discipline, and cultivate a high-performance, accountable culture.

• Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
Enhance workflows, controls, productivity, and overall operational efficiency to reduce costs.

• Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to legal, corporate, and regulatory requirements while minimizing operational risks.

• Business Reporting & External Representation
Prepare strategic reports for the MD, maintain strong internal communication, and represent KIYOI in external engagements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of management experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills.
  • Solid understanding of FMCG operations (sales cycle, warehouse, delivery, finance).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning ability.
  • Highly responsible, disciplined, and results-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in fast-growing environments.
