Job Description

Target drive and Tracking

  • Drive DTR sales KPIs, targets, monthly incentives, seasonal schemes & special programs through continous communication, monitoring and follow-ups among DTRs
  • Drive DTR to achieve either minimum slab or next best slab of all KPI targets
  • Drive DTR distribution input paramaters (active POS count, primary purchase, secondaries, DSP productivity, stock levels, etc.)
  • Create dashboard to monitor and track daily performance of DTR sales KPIs, targets, monthly incentives, seasonal schemes & special programs on a DTR-level, regional-level and township-level
  • Create dashboard to monitor and track daily performance of DTR distribution input parameters (active POS count, primary purchase, DSP productivity, stock levels, etc.) on a DTR-level, regional-level and township-level
  • Monitor each DTR return-on-investment and suggest appropriate ways for DTRs to increase investment or decrease cost
  • Analyse data, identify gaps/ shortfalls in sales KPIs, targets, monthly incentives, seasonal schemes & special programs and discuss with DTRs on how to correct the parameters
  • Analyse data, identify gaps/ shortfalls in DTR distribution input parameters (active POS count, primary purchase, DSP productivity, stock levels, etc.) and discuss with DTRs on how to correct the parameters
  • Request for necessary data from DTRs for the purpose of analysis on how DTRs can improve performance

Communication

  • Detailed explanation of monthly sales KPIs, targets, monthly incentives, seasonal schemes & special programs to DTRs, OMs and Sales Staff
  • Detailed discussion (daily, weekly, monthly basis) on progress of monthly sales KPIs, targets, monthly incentives, seasonal schemes & special programs with DTRs
  • Communicate with other internal or external teams (Regional Team, DTR Team, etc.) to understand on-ground market situation and problem solving DTR challenges
  • Coordinate detailed DTR updates to HQ

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or business (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Distribution function
  • Working knowledge of telecoms (preferred)
  • Fluent in English language
  • Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
