An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The role holder will responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and managing all training as necessary for Value Centres, Functions and Territories for the Bank. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion. The role holder will be the first point of contact for learning and development queries and be responsible for all related administration, ensuring a get it right first time characters is adopted.

  • Effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at low cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
  • To prepare related lecture notes and training materials for the training
  • Be an administrator for Learning & Development Business email of behalf of the department
  • Be an administrator of Learning Academy eLearning site
  • To handle Inward and outward letter relating to the learning technology
  • The narrative for the training video, pre-recorded video
  • To manage and maintain learning & development social media (YouTube channel, intranet, Workplace)
  • To fix any issue and bugs relating to IT and KBZ Learning Academy Site
  • To Assist in eLearning, video shooting, editing, audio content making base on the requirement of the learning technology.
  • To collaborate base on the learning purpose with other departments in terms of supporting IT issue, networking, internet, presentation IT support
  • Lead and host a webinar, virtual meeting, online training by zoom meeting, collecting attendance, recording the content, arranging the question and answer session, assist to the audience for any issue related with IT
  • Creating the eLearning course and uploading the training video, training materials.
  • Uploading quizzes, feedback, evaluation, the survey on eLearning, google platform, Vevox.
  • Testing UAT on new features launch at the eLearning and mobile Apps
  • Testing and solve the technical issue, an error on web base and Apps related to the  e-Learning
  • Handling the learning complaint via learning hotline phone and assist internally
  • Communicating with 108 Trainers and assist their online training module, IT issue
  • Communicating with HR and prepare eLearning completion report and TMC report for all the eLearning courses at the end of the Team Challenge
  • Arranging the online assessment and communicate with candidates
  • Arranging and communicating with the new 108 trainers and assist their IT issue
  • Internal business email request for new member of Learning & Development
  • Other duties assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Experience

  • At least 2 years of working experience with equivalent combination of experience in Human Resources Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Experience in developing technical course content both for beginner and experts with technology
