Role Purpose
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will lead the charge in accelerating Yoma Bank’s digital presence, performance, and impact. This role is built for a visionary strategist and digital tactician who thrives at the intersection of innovation, data, and execution. You will architect and drive high-impact campaigns, command performance marketing, own our digital ecosystem, and champion AIO (AI Optimization) strategies to keep the bank front and center — even in AI-powered discovery environments. You will lead a powerhouse team, influence cross-functional priorities, and shape how customers discover, engage, and connect with our brand in a rapidly evolving digital-first world.
Strategy Development & Campaign Planning
- Architect and own the bank’s end-to-end digital marketing strategy with precision and agility.
- Launch bold, data-driven campaigns across SEO, social, email, content, and push channels.
- Define performance benchmarks, drive accountability, and elevate marketing ROI.
- Activate forward-looking tactics including AI Optimization to dominate emerging search models.
- Bring Generative AI tools into strategy development for ideation, content, optimization, and experimentation.
- Define executional roadmaps and align delivery teams across creative, content, tech, and analytics
Performance Marketing, SEO/SEM, & AIO
- Command paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
- Maximize visibility, acquisition, and conversion across search, display, and emerging AI-driven ecosystems.
- Lead real-time optimization and funnel efficiency to consistently exceed performance KPIs.
- Align SEO/SEM with product strategy and content narratives to power organic growth.
- Integrate AIO (AI Optimization) tactics — including structured content, schema markup, and conversational formats — to ensure brand prominence in AI-powered search and discovery platforms.
- Identify trends, opportunities, audience and competitive business insights to support campaign planning and strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Lead cross-platform storytelling with thumb-stopping, conversion-oriented content.
- Strategize and scale branded narratives on Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
- Oversee editorial calendars and manage a hybrid mix of creators, agencies, and internal talent.
- Build engaged communities, amplify reach, and drive share-of-voice.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key influencers and thought leaders within our target markets to amplify our brand's reach and credibility.
Stakeholder Alignment & Executional Ownership
- Own digital performance dashboards that fuel real-time decision-making.
- Deliver executive-ready insights with clear ROI and attribution models.
- Lead a test-learn-optimize culture across every touchpoint and platform.
- Drive cross-functional planning and steer digital initiatives that move the needle.
- Lead agency and vendor management with high-performance standards.
