Job Description

  • Develop and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee execution of campaigns across social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools to drive results and continuous improvement.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with content, creative, media buying, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and on-time.
  • Translate client and stakeholder feedback into actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Identify and implement growth strategies using customer journey mapping, conversion funnels, and remarketing techniques.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor moves, and emerging tools to maintain a strategic edge.
  • Lead the preparation of performance reports, presentations, and strategy proposals with data- backed insights.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a results-driven, innovative digital team culture.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles
  • Solid background in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience managing teams and agency/vendor relationships is an advantage
