PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

  • Act as a strategic advisor and connector between business functions and the digital/IT organization
  • Ensure technology investments and digital solutions align with business goals
  • Drive transformation, efficiency, visibility, and performance across the value chain
  • Play a key role in shaping the digital roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through digital insights and tools
  • Accelerate innovation across key business areas by identifying and deploying digital capabilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Master Data Maintenance of all system platforms – master data setup of new products, new outlets, and governance of information in all the platforms are unified  

  • Route/Journey Maintenance and Planning – monthly sales routes for Heineken MM sales reps, distributor sales reps and wholesaler sales reps  

Route/Journey Planning & Maintaining 

  • Responsible for pre-route preparation, including follow up and finalization of new outlets for each cycle, open outlets in systems and finalize changes
  • Responsible for planning, maintaining and calibration of routes monthly for the whole country including all the major cities and regions by following the framework and maintain two ways communication with front line sales team
  • Use relevant tools where possible to design the best routes for every single sales reps - master both in house and external tools for monthly route planning  
  • Keep a good balance between sales force size (number of ASOs nationwide) and the number of outlets they maintain monthly and calibrate when necessary. Review the efficiency of route planning results by end of the month together with Execution Excellence Team and to check visits are being completed in a timely manner or not
  • Upload and share finalized route plans with Sales Managers according to the planning calendar 

Master Data Coordination

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted digital advisor to business stakeholders across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) regarding business ambitions, requirements, pain points and solution limitations
  • Lead strategic conversations, workshops and meetings to identify pain points, opportunities, and future needs
  • Design and implement functional improvements aligned with standard processes and business objectives

Digital Strategy & Roadmap

  • Translate business strategies, priorities and pain points into digital priorities and develop digital roadmaps aligned with organizational roadmap and Global Digital Strategy
  • Evaluate solution design by liaising with key stakeholders, technology partners and architecture team to ensure solution meet current requirement as well as future-fit with technology roadmap
  • Ensure project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables are aligned with business process owners, technology teams, and vendors

Solution Delivery, Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring successful implementation on time within budget, expected adoption rate, and measurable outcomes
  • Analyse current processes using mapping and mining tools to identify improvement opportunities across the value chain
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, RPA, Advanced Analytics to simplify, automate and optimize business processes
  • Use insights and trends to proactively identify improvements, and deploy dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

Change Management, Communications & Digital Adoption

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and buy-in for digital change & transformation
  • Lead user engagement efforts including training, awareness sessions, and change management to ensure successful adoption
  • Promote digital fluency and a transformation mindset within business teams

Governance & Compliance

  • Review and assess current processes to define action plans that ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Ensure all digital solutions meet organizational policies on data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to IT demand governance, prioritization, and portfolio management processes

    Job Requirements

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)

    Language Requirements

    • Good command in English, both written and spoken

    Years of Experience

    • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, ERP implementation and business partnering roles

    Additional skills requirements

    • Background in FMCG industry is preferred
    • Proven track of digital transformation, digital solution and product life cycle management
    • Strong understanding of business processes; sales, finance, logistics and manufacturing
    • Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving capabilities
    • Excellent communication, presentations and interpersonal skills
    • Senior stakeholder engagement and change management
    • Leadership skills to collaborate, influence and negotiate is a must
    • Hands-on experience in implementation of ERP, e-Commerce, Microsoft Power Platform, Warehouse management, customer service and analytic dashboard reports
    • Experience in agile project delivery and product management methodologies
