Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineering Document Controller to manage technical documents, drawings, and specifications in support of engineering and construction activities. This role bridges engineering knowledge with document control best practices, ensuring accurate and timely handling of project records in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Control the receipt, filing, tracking, distribution, and archiving of engineering documents, including drawings, BOMs, data sheets, P&IDs, design reports, and specifications.
  • Ensure documents follow proper version control, naming conventions, and revision management protocols.
  • Maintain a master document register (MDR) and ensure consistency between physical and electronic records.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical data, and design documentation.
  • Proficient with document control systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and version control.
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
