  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform preventive maintenance
  • Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with Production and repair & maintenance teams
  • Plan, supervise and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Prepare maintenance reports and keep proper records
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and machine history.
  • Monitor spare parts and maintenance requirements
  • Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company.
  •  Arrange regular follow-up meetings, provide regular progress feedback to management, and escalate issues whenever required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering .
  • Relevant experience in a factory/manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Sufficient knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Experience with industrial machinery and maintenance
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
