• To  take part in drawing master plan based on TNA( Training Needs Aanalysis)  and orgaination needs.
• To deliver Online as well as classroom Training with updated lesson materials 
• To Keep track with employees progress and report to management 
• To conduct Business English and customized English classes  in line with the necessity of employees.
• To do course development and modify the teaching materials  from time to time
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks assgined by manager and Senior Management 
• To take part in accessing and evaluating Process of  English Placment test for employees.

• Master or Bachelor Degree in English or MA TEFL  
• Must have experience in teaching English at least ( 3 years)
• Internationally recognized ESL Diploma or certificate; CELTA (or) TESOL  or TKT 
• Prefer to have Teaching Experience in Coporate Training 
• Knowledge of Fundamental Business Concept
• Advanced English Proficiency skill
• Knowledge and experience with the communicative teaching method and ELT resource materials, incorporation of technology in the classroom.
• Advanced Knowledge of blended teaching method with  technology
• Good interpersonal, communicationa and Negotiation skills and  initiative skill and Presentation skill
• Passionate about developing learners’ confidence and skills
• Excellent knowledge on assessment and evaluation
