We are hiring an Enterprise System Manager to oversee an internal software ecosystem, hardware, workflow automation, network infrastructure, AI integrations and interconnected business platforms to ensure smooth, secure and efficient operations. This pivotal role involves managing enterprise systems, architecting system integrations to internal platforms and leading an internal IT team to support colleagues across our sister companies and managing IT procurement.
As an Enterprise System Manager, you are in charge of growing your team and achieving the department's objectives by conducting regular reviews, measuring output against goals and giving constructive feedback for your direct reports. Additionally, you will be part of the Flymya Leadership team and will be part of the team working in cross-functional coordination to ensure we achieve the company’s objectives.
What you’ll be doing:

Optimize the usage of enterprise tools, identify where these systems should integrate and communicate with each other as well as our own Dash/Platforms, and lead the technical process of building these integrations and designs together with our developer team

Lead the rollout and activation of new systems, maintain SOP documentation and provide onboarding and training for the IT department and internal colleagues.

Manage and mentor an internal IT team to provide reliable, comprehensive end-user technical support for internal colleagues and sister companies.

Oversee our core enterprise systems used for internal communication, document storage, collaboration, password management tool, omnichannel platform for customer service and lead the implementation of AI tools to optimize workflows.

Design and implement custom workflows to generate automated reports and streamline operations whenever that are not natively supported by our current platforms.

Manage the network infrastructure across the head office and remote branches using MikroTik and Ubiquiti devices, applying strong routing and switching principles to ensure zero downtime.

Learn and manage airline system password protocols, create sub-accounts for internal colleagues and external agents, and ensure credentials are updated systematically according to schedule or whenever requested.

Source IT devices and software, negotiate competitive quotations, manage warranties, and continuously evaluate alternative systems to ensure scalability.
What we’re looking for:

4+ years of proven working experience in systems administration, IT management, network engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in English, both writing and speaking, to effectively collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Proven experience leading IT helpdesk operations and delivering efficient technical support across multiple organizational branches or sister companies.

Deep administrative knowledge of workspace tools, omnichannel platforms and a strong commitment to learning and integrating modern AI tools.

Able to independently research and learn new systems or 3rd-party tools, identify bottlenecks or weak points in current internal systems, properly update management, and prepare actionable next steps.
