Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones implementation projects.
Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed effectively.
Develop high-quality software and implementing efficient code- Researching, designing, implementing software programs –
Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle - Review, debug code and perform validation and verification testing –
Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies - Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
Track project progress and performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
Strong knowledge and experience in Odoo, ERP and other modernized database technologies.
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
Conducting risk assessments for projects.
Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
Facilitate end-user training and handover processes.
Strong Techno Functional Skills and minimum 1+ Years of Experience.
Other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Odoo ERP implementation projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
Experience in change management and training processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
