Plan, coordinate, and deliver school-wide events, productions, ceremonies, and community activities.
Manage full event checklists, including:
Supplier sourcing and management
Venue booking and layout coordination
Guest lists and audience logistics
Event design, branding, stage backdrops, and photobooth arrangements
Ushering plans, door rota management, and backstage coordination
Liaise effectively with external organisations and community partners.
Ensure the smooth running of events, including technical support, seating, and hospitality arrangements.
Oversee event purchasing, and relevant documentation.
Prepare post-event reports and suggestions for improvement.
Support the marketing/communications team with event photography, scripts, programmes, and promotional materials.
Occasional evening and weekend work required; compensated with extended school holiday periods.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
Communicate fluently in English and Myanmar with staff, suppliers and partners.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and resourceful, able to problem-solve under pressure.
Confident working in a fast-paced school environment.
