Conduct interviews for positions supervisor level and above
Maintain communication with candidates through the process, including advice to unsuccessful candidates
Complete reference checks
Ensure recruitment activity is kept up to date in the tracker
Assist in maintaining database of suitable candidates for future vacancies
Support Manager R&TA with workforce planning
Support preparing KPI report and Audit purpose

Job Requirements

HR Degree or Diploma is more preferred
Must have 3-4 years in human resources administration, preferably in recruitment
Demonstrate knowledge in general resourcing processes/tools, candidate interviews and assessments skills, local hiring landscape, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge in labor law and employment best practices
Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Excellent problem solving and people skills
