Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Identify and contact prospective schools, tuition centers, education shops, community organizations, NGOs and other education partners.
Plan and conduct regular field visits, product presentations and live demonstrations of Math Mentor.
Explain the product clearly to school leaders, teachers, parents and students, adapting the message to each audience.
Generate new leads through visits, calls, referrals, events, networks and other outreach activities.
Arrange product trials, school demonstrations, meetings and small promotional activities.
Follow up systematically with every qualified prospect and support them through trial, decision and subscription or partnership.
Maintain accurate contact, activity and opportunity records in Zabai’s CRM or sales-tracking system.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to use campaign materials, follow up leads and report which messages and activities work best.
Distribute and maintain marketing materials and help organize exhibitions, school activations and launch events.
Collect structured feedback, questions and objections from the market and share them with marketing, product and management teams.
Provide weekly reports on visits, contacts, leads, demonstrations, trials, conversions, next actions and obstacles.
Support outreach and sales for Zabai’s wider portfolio when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education or another relevant field; strong recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Some experience in sales, customer service, outreach, education, events or community engagement is preferred.
Interest in education, technology and helping students learn.
Confident communication and presentation skills in Myanmar language; basic working English is an advantage.
Comfort using smartphones, digital platforms, spreadsheets and simple CRM or sales-tracking tools.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly within Yangon and, when required, to other locations.
