  • Tenant Management / Lease Administration & Documentation.
  • Maintain the lease records and updating the lease activities in a database.
  • Prepares and maintains all necessary documents for contracts request, amendments, lease summaries and other document related to leasing operations.
  • Meets and negotiates with potential tenants to secure the deals and submit offers • Meets the tenants to hear their issues & ideas and arranges a solution to their problems.
  • Achieves tenant satisfaction.
  • Acquisition of new tenants Building up and maintaining good relations with current and potential tenants and lease agents.
  • Studies, reviews and recommends policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the residence.
  • Collaborates with other Departments for the improvement of tenant’s performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels; achieves tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions
  • Performs other job that assigned by Managements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, plus diploma in sales and marketing will be preferrable.

  • 3 years working experience in related field.

  • Energetic and willing to achieve the target
  • Strong teamwork, delegation, and capacity development skills.
  • Customer handling and accountability in dealing with outsource partners.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Respect for people and ideas.
