Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor daily cash balances and update cash position reports.
  • Prepare and update daily and weekly cash flow reports.
  • Process payments, fund transfers, and online banking transactions accurately and on time.
  • Visit banks to deposit cheques, withdraw cash, and handle bank-related matters.
  • Collect authorized signatures for cheques, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
  • Monitor daily bank transactions and verify receipt of customer sales collections.
  • Coordinate with banks on account maintenance, loan documentation, and transaction issues.
  • Assist in tracking loan repayments, interest calculations, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of treasury transactions and support audit requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
    • Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent) are an advantage.
    Experience:
    • Minimum years of experience in finance or treasury-related roles.
    • Experience in cash management, banking operations, payment processing, and bank coordination is
    preferred.
    • Familiarwith ERP systems and online banking platforms.
