-Responsible for facility management and coordination of data centre operations and projects, ensuring timely implementation, efficient operations, and effective maintenance.
- Coordinate projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. - Manage the facility team for day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs and upgrades. - Lead the team and empower the team members (training, knowledge sharing, coaching) - Control service quality by reviewing deliverables and provide the constructive feedback. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and quickly resolve emergency cases. - Monitor and report to management on facility performance and project progress

Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering of a related field. - Proven experience in facility management or coordination, preferably, in a data centre environment. - At least 3 years working experience in facility management. - Must be able to work smart, work hard and overtime to complete assignments when needed. - Must be able to work in public sector, private sector and foreign projects without preferences. - Must be able to travel to and work at customer project sites locally and internationally if necessary (typical assignment period – 6 months). - Must be able to work long hours and on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays with appropriate compensation If necessary. - Must provide three month’s notice upon resignation. - English language proficiency. - Decent Personality, Team Spirit, Strong Work Ethics and Motivation. - Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skill to solve and troubleshoot challenging problems. - Professional and positive communication skills. - Team player, self-motivated and ability to take ownership of the work. Preferences - Certificate in facility Management or data centre operations. - Experience with facility Management software and tools. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for data centres.
