Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Support the Business & Channels Manager in executing the company’s growth roadmap.
  • Prepare executive‑level briefings, market analysis reports, and strategic presentations.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide early warnings or recommendations when targets are at risk.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard key corporate partners (MSME clusters, agriculture associations, development agencies).
  • Manage relationships with partners in Digital Finance, Agent Banking, and Insurance.
  • Oversee distribution channel performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Conduct in‑depth research on microfinance trends and competitor activities.
  • Evaluate existing products (Loans, Savings, Insurance) and propose enhancements.
  • Lead pilot projects for innovative financial solutions prior to scaling.
  • Act as liaison for synergy projects across the Parent Company’s business units.
  • Ensure promotional activities and joint ventures align with group strategy.
  • Lead and support branch teams in product promotion and execution to achieve targets.
  • Consolidate business intelligence from all branches into centralized reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Client Protection Principles and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Financial Analysis within the Microfinance/Banking sector.
  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to present directly to senior executives under pressure.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to turn raw data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a polished professional presence for corporate stakeholder engagement.
  • Willingness to travel for executive meetings and field monitoring as required.
