Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Lead the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial statements to Management.
  • Conduct financial analysis (GP%, pricing, cost efficiency) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts aligned with company KPIs.
  • Manage cash flow, banking operations, and liquidity planning.
  • Strengthen internal control systems by reviewing and updating accounting policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory costing, valuation, and stock-taking processes.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Supervise import costing, trade payables (local & overseas), and rebate/payment structures.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards (IFRS).
  • Promote ethical financial practices and transparency across the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop account & finance teams and branch accountants.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational and financial challenges.
  • Provide long-term financial insights and risk management strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA preferred
  • Minimum (8–10) years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least (3–5) years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of local tax laws and IFRS
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
