• Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk
• Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
• Analyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.)
• Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
• Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, etc.)
• Managing banking relationships
• Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region.
• Perform Treasury Operations in compliance to exercise Internal Control when implementing Banking Policies and Procedures.
• Understand Market Risk, Currency Risk, Liquidity Risk and Interest Risk as well as to prevent risk
• Monitor Fund Forecasting Procedures and Cash Flow and to make Investment Proposal for surplus Fund
• Participate in Securities Market Auctions organized by CBM
• Manage money Market activities. To offer guidance in Confirmation, Settlement and Transactions
• Conduct Liquidity Management
• Draw and control the budget of Treasury
• Draft, review and develop the SOP of Treasury Dept;
• Support the HOD by preparing Data Analysis to present at ALCO meeting
• Calculate Net Interest Margin and Cost of Fund and submit a report to HOD
• Formulate Business Plan and propose to HOD
• Check and review the Net Open Position (NOP)
• Any other duties that may be assigned to the role holder by Senior Management from time to time

• Any graduated or degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Relevant Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Must have experience in managing Treasury Team
• Monthly reporting, annual budget preparation, financial modelling, cash flow reporting and statutory accounts
• Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation.
• Excellent in technical accounting skills and Microsoft office work.
• Able to communicate with other departments’ heads and coach to develop personal skill of the junior and senior accountants.
• Proficiency in accounting software and must be use with SAP Software
• Good personal skill (Communication skill, problem solving skill, coaching and leadership).
• Must good in English.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
