Purpose of the Role

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the overall financial management of the company, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and effective planning. This role plays a critical part in supporting business growth by providing strategic financial insights, managing risks, and ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and general accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide management with clear financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders as required.
• Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and systems to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (LCCI/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
