An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Manage and oversee the Finance and Accounting functions of the company/group.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reports.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
Manage treasury activities, including cash management, payment planning, and fund allocation.
Coordinate with banks regarding loans, financing facilities, working capital, and other banking matters.
Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and working capital.
Analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, gross profit, operating expenses, and profitability, and provide recommendations to management.
Monitor budget vs. actual performance and investigate significant variances.
Support management in investment decisions, project financing, costing, pricing, and profit improvement.
Ensure proper financial controls, accounting policies, SOPs, and financial procedures are implemented and maintained.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, government authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
Review and improve accounting processes, reporting systems, and finance procedures.
Supervise, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Finance & Accounting team.
Support the implementation and improvement of accounting software and financial reporting systems, including SQL Accounting System.
Perform other finance-related duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
ACCA, CPA, LCCI, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
Minimum 7 years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience, with experience in a Finance Manager or similar position preferred.
Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, and financial analysis
Strong knowledge of banking, loans, financing facilities, and working capital management.
Experience in agriculture, livestock, trading, or manufacturing is preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills; experience with SQL Accounting System is an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
