Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff (fixed asset).
Organize orders for pickup and delivery.
Coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Ensure items are packed and labeled ready for loading and delivering.
Process warehouse stock products. Daily In-out balance inventory management of Fixed Assets from all warehouse (3 Nrs) (Capital, G&G, Wellington).
Maintain and update fixed assets register of warehouse including transfer and regularly update it.
Ensure accurate timely recording of Fixed Assets transaction in master file.
Collaborate with fixed assets setup supervisors, and personnel for a smooth workflow.
Collaborate with Audit to facilitate Fixed Assets.
Collaborate with Finance team to facilitate Fixed Assets.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies related to Fixed Assets.
Making Detailed documentation supporting for Fixed Assets tractions.
Streamline workflows and enhance efficiency of Fixed Assets process.
Listing of Fixed Assets of Shops In-out balance reporting to Assistant Project Manager.
Inspect warehouse and report any issue to the Assistant Project Manager.
Prepare regular reports regarding the Fixed Assets control in a timely manner.
Report and escalate to Assistant Project Manager and project manager if required.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of working experiences in related position
Any graduate, Diploma or Certificate in related filed will be preferable.
Strong communication skills both written and oral and intermediate experience with computers and software like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
Well organizational, time management and multitasking skills
Able to work under pressure and very tight schedule
Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
