Job Description

Candidates who are interested in learning and support freight forwarding, warehousing and
domestic short-haul & long-haul transportation. At the same time, OE role will be controlling all
document, format and materials in Word, Excel & Power Point formats from group and business
units.

 

 Review and checking of logistics documents and operational matters
 Develop & maintain SOPs with assigned business functions and group management
 Check & implement documents and formats across all business units by aligning with
group management expectation
 Support X-functional departments and all business units under MIDIG group
 Plan and develop continuous improvements for all operational matters across all business
units

Area of Responsibilities
 Support the Head of Operations in planning, tracking and executing operational initiatives
across all business units
 Develop, maintain and control SOPs, workflows, forms and operational documentation
 Monitor compliance with Group standards through operational reviews, audits, and quality
checks
 Provide operational excellence and documentation support to all business units to ensure
standardized processes
 Track operational KPIs, prepare management reports, and follow up on action plans and
corrective actions
 Identify process improvement opportunities, drive operational efficiency, and support
innovations and standardized initiatives across the Group

Job Requirements

 Diploma or bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, Business
Administration or a related field

 2-4 years of experience in operations, process improvement, quality management, or
project coordination
 Strong knowledge of SOP development, document control, and operational process
management
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and business reporting tools
 Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong
attention to details

Skills & Knowledge
 Knowledge of SOP development, workflow mapping, QC and CI methodologies
 Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support
multiple business units
 Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point for reporting,
analysis and documentation
