The role holder is responsible to participate in the entire project management cycle from planning, coordination with relevant stakeholders, execution and validation. The role holder is to align the project to support KBZ’s vision in building a world-class agile technology organization. This is done by building strong partnership with key VCGMs in order to ensure that project is completed within budget and agreed timeline.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business stakeholders meeting for requirements gathering
• Presentation to business stakeholders on the requirements in a detailed manner – highlighting options, issues & concerns.  Also highlight workarounds, wherever possible
• Advice business stakeholders on the optimal business process – in line with Flexcube functionality
• Participate in team meetings and functional activity
• Provide regular status reporting
• Develop source code according to coding standards
• Develop stubs or stub utilities where needed
• Prepare unit test plan, unit test cases and perform unit testing
• Fix defects found during unit testing, system integration testing and acceptance testing
• Provide Deployment Support
• Provide Knowledge transition as requested.
• Provide Migration and reconciliation supportProvide user support for any Flexcube queries- functional / technical

• Bachelor Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or MIS and any related field
• Minimum 5-6 Years’ experience in Bank/IT Industry

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Flexcube modules domain/ Corporate Banking areas.
• Analysis, Design and Development of batch or online FLEXCUBE interfaces.
• Analysis, Design and Development of custom functionality on the Flexcube modules as per FSDs.
• Develop incoming and outgoing extracts using FLEXCUBE GI module as per the   Requirement specifications for various Flexcube functional modules
• Develop Tools and Utilities for Flexcube as per requirement specifications.
• Develop Extensible features using RAD tool as per the requirements.

Key Skill Sets:

• Should have understanding of basic banking and terms
• Experience in PLSQL, SQL, Oracle Database
• JAVA & JAVA scripts experience is an added advantage
• Ability to solve issues
• Quick Learner

Additional Requirements

• Flexcube branch set up and configurations
• Unit test the FLEXCUBE interfaces, tools, utilities, RAD Screens to ensure that they confirm to the requirement specifications
• EOD support, Patch validation and Deployment, Performance tuning and Testing, Data reconciliation and Change Control & Release support.
• Validate and support OBIEE reports development.
