Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Lead new product development and optimization from concept to execution
  • Ensure new product development meets production capabilities, costs, regulatory and food safety requirements
  • Collaborate with other functions (e.g. Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Logistics) to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Provide technical expertise to other functions to support successful commercialization of new products
  • Provide ongoing technical support to Operations and Production for maintaining product quality consistency and enabling production expansion
  • Assist in overall product strategy development
  • Develop and maintain appropriate work processes
  • Train and coach junior product developers

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in food science,  chemistry or related scientific field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in food or beverage product development
  • Proven ability to lead/support project execution across multiple functions
  • More Prefer on Milk and other nutritional application 
  • More Prefer on sweets/desert/ice-cream 
  • More Prefer on powder application (eg: instant coffee and tea) 

  • Fluent in English / Burmese
