This is a Freelance position. Attractive commission scheme. Work from home. We are looking for matured candidates that can work independently and deliver results. You should be resourceful in searching for candidates. You will be paid a commission of up to 400,000 kyats for each candidate you recruit. The candidates you find must have a valid passport. You can expect to earn >3,000,000 kyat a month.
You will report to a manager based in Singapore
You need to be able to speak and understand English
Find candidates from different sources
Post job advertisement on suitable platforms
Use job banners or word-of-mouth
Respond to enquiries from candidates
Explain job to candidates
Key-in data into our HR system
Onboard candidates
Open To
Job Requirements
A degree in any field
Any additional certification in HR preferred but not required
Minimum 8 year experience in any field, preferably in recruitment
Be above 30 years old
Have a desire to earn more money
Good knowledge of local conditions in various towns in Myanmar will be advantageous
Result oriented, independent, resourceful
Candidates without the necessary qualifications but have an interest in this role will be considered.
