Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Assist in monitoring daily Fresh Food & Production operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with suppliers, distribution centers, and internal teams for product sourcing, processing, and timely delivery.
Support quality control checks to maintain product freshness, safety, and consistency.
Prepare and update daily reports, including production, shipment status, inventory, and employee performance.
Follow up on procurement activities, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO).
Support urgent and special order planning to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor employee attendance, overtime (OT), and manpower allocation.
Identify operational issues such as product damage, delays, and shortages, and coordinate corrective actions with QC/QA teams.
Maintain proper documentation and filing for management reporting.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Fresh Food & Production HOD.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor's Degree.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in Fresh Food, Food Production, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in production planning and inventory management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willing to work in Insein Township, Yangon.
