Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

To monitor closely in all operational and administrative matters and to assume full responsibility for the entire Front Office Operation. To accommodate and satisfy the requirements of the Hotel’s guests. To coordinate the resources available to ensure the hotels standards of service are maintained at a high level.

Greet VVIPs upon their arrival , escort them to their room and extend explanation on room facilities as well as the hotel’s services and facilities on behalf of hotel
Be ensure to use guest’s name a minimum of twice during conversation
Ensure the smooth departure for all VVIPs on behalf of Management
Act as a Manager on Duty in accordance with hotel roster
Monitor for improvement of guest services on various section in Front Office
Check and action on guest comments
Show hotel inspection for VIP and VVIP, Government mission or representatives
Spot check on all the guest rooms including vacant rooms for standard set up
Conduct a thorough inspection of all area of the hotel
Look for any waste electricity and air conditioning. To take on the spot action and to advise concerned Department Head in order to save power and energy.
Keep a close vigil of all lobby and front areas like reception/cashier, bell, tour desk, business centre etc..areas to maintain a clean and well organize Hotel.
Assist Security Department to investigate safety and security of the Hotel.
Check basement, back office and storerooms to see that all doors are securely locked after hours.
Monitor security in and around the Hotel at all times, ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff alike.
Major involve in Hotel Fire and Safety Emergency committee.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above
At least 5years experience or above in related field.
Strong problem solving skills.
Excellent computing skills including MS Word. Excel, Power point and Internet.
