(1) Service Warranty

  • To manage and support warranty-related processes with dealers
  • To handle technical warranty cases and coordinate reimbursement claims with Suzuki regional offices such as Suzuki Thailand, Suzuki Indonesia, Suzuki Japan, etc.

(2) Service Trainer

  • To provide technical training to dealer mechanics in accordance with Suzuki standards
  • To review training and assessment results and enhance mechanics’ service capability

Job Requirements

  • Graduate qualification (automotive vocational school background preferred)
  • Male preferred
  • Good English or Japanese language skill
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting)
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • High interest in the automobile industry
  • Age: under 35 years
