An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms (Beach Hotel) 

  • Update booking details and maintain reservation records

  • Assist guests with booking inquiries, changes, and confirmations

  • Support the Sales team in promoting hotel rooms and packages

  • Prepare basic reports related to reservations and bookings

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field

  • 1–2 years experience in hotel reservation, front office, or sales support

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office

  • Able to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
