Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, R&D, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Product Development, R&D, FMCG, Marketing, Brand Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field, with demonstrated experience leading product development projects.
  • Experience managing FDA registration and regulatory documentation is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end product development and commercialization processes.
  • Good understanding of market research, consumer insights, product testing, product specifications, costing, packaging, and pricing.
  • Good knowledge of Myanmar FDA requirements, product registration, renewal, amendment, labeling, and regulatory documentation.
