Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Overseeing and manage daily operations.

Developing and implementing growth strategies.

Managing administrative staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance.

Monitor a system of controls, procedures and forms for the recording of fixed assets.

Monitoring a system of ISO Procedure Such an IT, Vehicles, Administration.

Managing daily transportation arrangement, monitoring and supervising drivers, maintenance of motor vehicles, car license extension and insurances etc.

Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

Managing office equipment and verifying of admin expenses analyzing accounting and financial data.

Generating reports and giving presentations.

Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities  (e.g electric, Sanitary, Office Cleaning & Security )

Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, Manage to CSR Program etc.)

Job Requirements

Any graduate and Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be an advantage.

Over 7 year(s) of relevant experience in related field.

Able to work independently, manage and motive team.

Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills. 

Good written English and effective verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office

Age must be between 40 and 55
