i-Land Industrial Park is a located in Bago Region at the 41 miles of the ah Myan Highway.  We are looking for an experienced General Manager and /or Operation Manager to lead our team and oversee the overall operations, tenant engagement, and development of the park.
Key Responsibilities
•    Provide strategic leadership and direction for all departments across the industrial park.
•    Manage tenant relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
•    Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
•    Supervise operations, maintenance, security, and facility upgrades.
•    Represent i-Land Industrial Park to external stakeholders, government agencies, and investors.
•    Plan, execute, and monitor day-to-day park operations.
•    Monitor utility usage, resolve operational issues, and ensure service reliability.
•    Implement SOPs and manage operational KPIs.
•    Liaise with tenants on operational matters and service delivery.
•    Report operational performance and risks to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
•    Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in management, operations or facilities management. Preferably in industrial estate, infrastructure, or facility management
•    Strong coordination, communication, and crisis management skills.
•    Proficiency in English and Burmese is required.
