  • Oversee daily operations .
  • Lead , motivate and manage a high-performing team , fostering a positive and collaborative work environment .

Job Requirements

  • Age range from 28 to 40
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Management or a related field ( Master's degree preferred ) 
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as Finance , HR , Admin , Marketing and operations .
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting .
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
