Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Store Management 

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment 

  • Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and physical control of inventory 

  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records with physical counts 

  • Implement and maintain store procedures, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures 

  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material delivery and usage tracking 

Logistics Management 

  • Plan and manage transportation of materials, equipment, and machinery between warehouses, suppliers, and construction sites 

  • Optimize delivery schedules to minimize delays and avoid material shortages 

  • Manage relationships with logistics vendors and transport contractors 

  • Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance schedules, and equipment deployment 

  • Ensure compliance with transport safety regulations and permits 

Administrative Management 

  • Supervise administrative activities at the site office, including documentation, reporting, and internal coordination 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations 

  • Support HR and site management in workforce documentation, attendance, and reporting 

  • Manage office resources, site utilities, and service contracts (e.g., equipment rental, facility maintenance) 

  • Prepare and present weekly reports on inventory, logistics, and admin updates to senior management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in construction site logistics/store/admin management 

  • In-depth knowledge of construction material handling, logistics operations, and warehouse control 

  • Familiarity with inventory and logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS systems) 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment 

  • High integrity, with strong attention to detail and process discipline
