Oversee day-to-day operations
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Monthly Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Control all heads to achieve target of their segments
Coaching & mentoring leaders to develop their skill/knowledge & expand competencies
Negotiate to set up the employees benefits, promotions, demotions, new policies of the whole org, improvement training plan & leadership skills with every management level
Implementation of the weekly/ monthly meeting with Team
Make sure the accuracy of every assessment & finding
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Report to Chief & CEO for organization condition & general finding
Perform duties assigned by MD

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude
