This position is responsible for the Branding and Marketing functions ofthe group. The role leads the formulation and implementation of our Branding and Marketing strategies, ensuring consistency across all advertising and campaigns, and promoting the organization’s brand through CSR, events and media channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the Group Branding and Marketing Team.
• Develop framework to promote organization’s image.
• Collaborate with Management to formulate branding strategies and delivery of offline and online marketing elements.
• Create branding and marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms.
• Lead the advertising, product design and all forms of marketing in the organization to ensure consistency in branding.
• Identify relevant platforms and marketing channels for our products and services.
• Formulate and implement our public relations and communication strategies and manage communications channels for internal and external communications.
• Plan and implement annual marketing calendar, with key marketing campaigns and programs to be executed throughout the fiscal year.
• Analyzing the impact of branding and marketing campaigns through analytics and gathering market intelligence for follow up.
• Conduct market research and keep abreast on marketing trends in Myanmar.
• Manage the group’s portfolio and its branding on all social media forums.
