Position Overview
The Head of Marketing will lead and develop the overall marketing function of Super Seven Stars Group (SSS), establishing a unified Group marketing strategy while supporting the individual business units in achieving their commercial objectives.
The role will be responsible for Group brand strategy, corporate communications, digital marketing, customer acquisition, market intelligence, campaign management, media, PR, content, events, and marketing performance across SSS's diverse business portfolio.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong commercial execution, transforming marketing from a primarily communication-focused function into a measurable business-growth function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Group Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement the annual and long-term SSS Group Marketing Strategy.
Align marketing strategies with Group business objectives, revenue targets and expansion plans.
Develop marketing strategies for individual business units while maintaining overall Group direction.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and growth opportunities.
Establish clear marketing priorities, plans, KPIs and budgets.
2. Brand Management
Develop and strengthen the SSS Group corporate brand and individual business-unit brands.
Establish Group-wide brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand positioning.
Develop brand architecture for existing and new businesses.
Protect and enhance brand reputation across all customer touchpoints.
Lead rebranding, brand launches and brand development initiatives where required.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Lead the Group's digital marketing transformation.
Develop strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites and other relevant platforms.
Establish content strategies for each business and target customer segment.
Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media advertising and digital campaigns.
Improve digital customer acquisition and conversion.
Utilize CRM, marketing analytics and AI-enabled marketing tools to improve efficiency and personalization.
4. Commercial & Business Growth
Work closely with Business Directors, General Managers and Sales teams to develop marketing-led revenue growth strategies.
Develop campaigns that directly support sales, customer acquisition and business growth.
Develop customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives.
Support new product, service and business launches.
Monitor customer journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
5. Market Research & Customer Insights
Lead market research and competitor analysis across SSS business sectors.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities.
Develop customer segmentation and target-market strategies.
Provide management with actionable market intelligence for business decisions.
Identify emerging trends and new marketing opportunities.
6. Campaign & Promotion Management
Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage seasonal promotions, product launches, corporate campaigns and business-unit campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
Establish post-campaign evaluation and ROI reporting.
7. Media, PR & Corporate Communications
Develop the SSS corporate communications strategy.
Manage PR, media relations and corporate reputation.
Build relationships with media, influencers, agencies and strategic partners.
Coordinate corporate announcements, events and public communications.
Ensure consistency and professionalism in all external communications.
8. Events & Partnerships
Develop Group and business-unit event strategies.
Oversee exhibitions, product launches, corporate events, customer events and promotional activities.
Develop strategic partnerships, sponsorships and collaboration opportunities.
Evaluate event effectiveness based on business outcomes and ROI.
9. Marketing Budget & ROI
Prepare and manage the annual Group marketing budget.
Allocate marketing investment based on business priorities and expected returns.
Monitor marketing expenditure and campaign ROI.
Establish marketing performance dashboards and management reports.
Improve marketing efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
10. Team Leadership
Lead, develop and structure the Group Marketing Department.
Establish clear responsibilities, KPIs and performance standards.
Recruit and develop high-performing marketing professionals.
Coach and mentor Brand, Digital Marketing, Content and Marketing Executives.
Build a culture of creativity, accountability and commercial performance.
Coordinate marketing resources across different SSS business units.
11. Business Unit Support
The Head of Marketing will work closely with the leadership of:

- Automotive / Showrooms / Service Centers
- Agriculture & Livestock
- Manufacturing / Industrial Businesses
- Real Estate & Property Development
- Education / Training
- Consumer Products / FMCG
- New Businesses and Strategic Projects
Each business unit should have appropriate marketing plans, budgets, campaigns, brand positioning and KPIs aligned with Group strategy.
