Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning & Valuation: Lead long-term strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles. Conduct rigorous corporate valuations and establish financial roadmaps to ensure organizational readiness for public markets (IPO processes).
• Capital Management & Investment Strategy: Design and execute capital allocation strategies and comprehensive investment plans for new business startups, optimizing ROI and managing liquidity risk.
• Financial Reporting & Business Flow Assessment: Oversee the integrity of financial reporting. Conduct deep-dive operational assessments—such as evaluating the end-to-end business flows of large-scale manufacturing facilities—to translate financial data into actionable operational efficiencies.
• Systems & Process Modernization: Champion the digital transformation of the finance department by coordinating the successful implementation, migration, and optimization of enterprise accounting software (including ERP & SAP).

Requirements

• Senior Leadership: 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years leading a team.
• System Implementation: Proven experience overseeing the transition to major enterprise systems (like SAP or Odoo ERP).
• Operational Exposure: Experience working closely with complex business flows (such as distribution, retail, or supply chain) to optimize profitability.
• Stakeholder Communication: The ability to explain complex financial metrics to Directors, CEOs, and Board Members.
