An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Develop maintenance schedules including Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance for CCPBM owned vehicles and forklifts using in the warehouses & CDC in accordance with the conditions of the labor agreement and the transportation department's operating needs.
  • Managing to order the necessary parts, monitoring warranty claims, prepare specs for new equipment and process the disposition of older, unused equipment in order to maintain an efficient fleet management system and cost effective. Involving in vehicle purchasing and well controlling the 3rd party suppliers for service and spare parts purchasing.
  • Managing the vehicles licence and registration process completeness timely which is owned by CCPBM as per the government policy. Oversee all documents tracking the government inspections and any maintenance operations performed on fleet vehicles to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation Myanmar regulations.
  • Act in accordance with all Company policies such as safety, quality, environment and Department of transportation guidelines in order to ensure complete compliance by all members of the fleet maintenance team and vehicle condition. Manage and arrange to to provide the required training to optimize the people capability.
  • Review statistical and financial models to improve the opportunities for cost saving and ensuring services are provided within budget and action plans developed and implemented to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Manage to make the decision for the qualification of the driver assignment and to keep the record for accident of the vehicles, drivers and it’s R&M cost.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • At least 5-6 years of experinences in related field.
  • Strong in People Management and Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Strong in supervisory skills of Third Party.
  • Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English 4 Skills.
