The Head of Marketing at our Luxury Kitchen Cabinet Showroom is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can blend traditional and digital marketing techniques to promote our luxury kitchen cabinet products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.

  2. Brand Management: Ensure the brand image and identity are maintained and consistent across all marketing channels.

  3. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and inspire a marketing team, providing guidance and support in achieving marketing goals.

  4. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, events, and promotions.

  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competition, and use this information to adapt marketing efforts.

  6. Content Creation: Manage content creation, including website content, social media posts, videos, and promotional materials, ensuring they are engaging and appealing.

  7. Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to expand the showroom's online presence.

  8. Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure positive media coverage and brand partnerships.

  9. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to adjust strategies and provide regular reports to the senior management team.

  10. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaigns and a high return on investment.

  11. Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement, including customer feedback initiatives and loyalty programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and leadership roles, preferably in the luxury or interior design industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of the luxury kitchen cabinet market is a plus.
