Position Purpose / Context 

Translate strategy to trade marketing plan for On Premises & Digital. Develop Trade Marketing program –Eating& Drinking and Digital programs (Coke Buddy & upcoming apps) to build the General Trade business with the General Trade Picture of Success, RED opportunities and development of Digital Program. The program includes festival, distribution, display, region focus and brand for focus on execution. Communication monthly marketing plan to all sales team – Territory Sales Manager & Regional Sales Head and Generate the execution report for general trade sales team and making profit stories.

 

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Execute Segmentation Strategy and Execute PICOS based on shopping missions per channel, role of the channel, potential size based on industry and customer behavior in both on-premises & Digital
  • Lead development of occasion-based marketing programs for both On Premises & Digital by leveraging shopper and customer insights with the Coca cola company
  • Connect continuously with RGM, RTM, General Trade, Modern Trade and Coke Buddy teams to ensure a cohesive Commercial Strategy across the country.
  • Work together with RGM to define the must-win battles and propose alternatives to drive profitable growth for both on-premises & Digital.
  • Identify market opportunities, trends and competitors’ activities to align resource allocation and system priorities for both on-premises & Digital.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales experience, understand the sales operation experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing category/channel strategies and trade marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in English 4 skills.
  • Develop the plan based on data and insight.
  • Understand and manage the budget and DFR.
