  • Create, implement, and oversee sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Must be able to plan and implement sales promotion plans.
  • Prepare related reports required by Management in timely manner.
  • Follow up on payment collection.
  • Achieving the assigned daily sale calls and prospect research targets and quotas.

Job Requirements

  • 5 Years work experience in Sales, Customer Service or related field.
  • Any bachelor's degree
  • Highly motivated and results driven.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Presentation, Prospecting Skills, and Innovative Sales Planning
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Professional attitude and appearance, good communication and public relation
  • Able to use MS Office Application, Internet & Email
  • Team player with high cooperation attitude
