Job Purpose

Responsible for controlling requirement/change management, leading user acceptance testing team and managing features’ releases of KBZPay.

• Resolve Challenges that impact product’s quality.
• Monitor each step for each product to make sure it is align as planned.
• Lead the requirement team for make sure product can successfully developed as below measure.
• Overview the    High-Level product scope and get the details functional requirement with Product owner team.
• Checking the feasibility with development team for required Functionality and do necessary   adjustment between product Owner & Development   team.
• Lead the UAT team to make sure the product result is aligned with product requirement as below measure
• Plan for UAT timeline align with PMs for individual Product according to planned timeline.
• Conduct the UAT process and make sure it can sign off successfully by matching the Product requirement.
• Lead the release team   to make sure Product can be launched according to project timeline.
• Working with Internal / external development team   by aligning with PMs.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5  years of previous project management experience 
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in using project or release management tools preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Structured thinking and Analytical skill
