We are seeking a self-motivated and innovative to join our Sales & Merchant Engagement Business Unit as The Head of Sales, who is also known as articulates and implements the organisation's strategy for selling digital products or services. Develops forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability. Candidate has strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills and must have a good understanding of market demand and payment customer behaviour.  

The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities and also required to build and maintain quality relationships with customers, stakeholders and other companies.

  • Target Driven and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, sales  channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Identify, develop and win new sales opportunities, acquire thorough understanding of customer needs by proposing Commercial structure offer that meet their objectives.
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Banking, Product(s) and Marketing.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

  • Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
  • Maintain the customer satisfaction level to ensure successful contract renewals.

Job Requirements

  • 7_8 years of relevant sales experience including people management.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Possess a bachelor degree (Degree in Banking/Business Administration/Marketing)
  • Proficient in Burmese/English language
  • Excellent customer service skill and communication skill
  • Strong organizational and influential skills
  • Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in oratory and presentation
  • Willing to work overtime, when needed, to complete the jobs in time and for good results
  • Banking/ Mobile Wallets/ POS system knowledge will be an advantage
