Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Lead and supervise as the head of department for 3 departments of sales, marketing and creative.
  • Manages a portfolio of clients that are either handled indirectly through Client Services Assistant Managers and Client Services Executives or directly (1-3 clients)
  • Manage all Client Services teams to drive sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Works to identify, develop and implement new marketing programs and offerings with clients and internal teams.
  • Manages and plans the activities of the Client Services team
  • Assign client accounts to Client Services Assistant Managers and Executives
  • Assumes the primary management and coordination role for external and and internal partners, client targeting and prioritization, proposal and marketing plan preparation, as well as the presentation of recommendations to clients and prospects.
  • Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with partners, clients, Site Development and Production
  • Assist teams with resolution of client issues and needs accordingly to ensure client expectations are met every time
  • Manage the sales and site development planning process to identify site development targets based on actual client need.
  • Forecast annual media sales for the budgeting process
  • Calculate media prices for review and approval by Senior Management
  • Internal partners, client targeting and prioritization, proposal and marketing plan preparation, as well as the presentation of recommendations to clients and prospects
  • Designing and selecting the right communication channels to develop tailor made proposal to meet with client goals based on analysis of client profile and characteristics.
  • Creating the marketing plans and idea to increase the demand on media sites.
  • Manage conflicts arising from competing client requirements
  • Acts as the key contact for final client escalation and issue resolution

Job Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration - Master's preferred
  • Fluency in English and Burmese (both written & spoken)
  • 5-10 years of marketing agency account management or client-side experience in a marketing role or marketing media sales/account management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Extremely organized and highly-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven experience managing and building a team
  • Successful sales pipeline management experience
  • Understanding of and experience with traditional and digital marketing channels and techniques
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle numerous projects and clients at any given time
